John Eidson

John was born in 1670 in Leeds, England.¹ John's father was Denys Eidson and his mother was Hannah Boyes. His paternal grandparents were Edward Eidson and Elizabeth Smith; his maternal grandparents were Matthew Boyes and Elizabeth Jackson. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Matthew, Edward, Elizabeth, Hannah and Mary. He was the second youngest of the six children.
