Pierpont EDWARDS 
Pierpont was born on April 8th, 1750 in Northampton, Hampden Co., Massachusetts.1 Pierpont's father was Jonathan EDWARDS and his mother was Sarah PIERPONT. His maternal grandparents were James PIERPONT and Mary HOOKER. He had two brothers and eight sisters, named Timothy, Jonathan, Sarah, Jerusha, Mary, Lucy, Susannah, Eunice, Elizabeth and Esther. He died at the age of 76 on April 14th, 1826 in Bridgeport, Fairfield Co., Connecticut.1 General Notes
BIOGRAPHY: After his parents died at age 10 he came under his brotherTimothy. Graduated from Princeton in 1768. He was a lawyer in New Haven, a soldier in the revolution, a member of the Continental Congress, and Judge of the U.S. District Court for Connecticut.
