Berenguela of was born on December 6th, 1253 in Seville, Spain. Berenguela of's father was Alfonso X of Castile and Leon and her mother was Violante of Aragon. Her maternal grandmother was VIOLANTE OF HUNGARY. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Ferdinand, Sancho IV of, Pedro of, Juan of, Jaime of, Beatrice of, Constanza of, Violante of, Isabel of and Leonar of. She was the oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 47 in 1300 in Guadalahara.General Notes
