Francis CHAMPERNOWNE 
Francis was born in 1711. Francis' father was Arthur CHAMPERNOWNE and his mother was Elizabeth COURTENAY. His paternal grandparents were Arthur CHAMPERNOWNE and Margaret FOWELL. He had a brother and a sister, named Arthur and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 52 in 1763.General Notes
