Jacob Francis Browning 
Jacob was born in April 1736 in Culpeper County, Virginia.1 Jacob's father was Francis Browning and his mother was Elizabeth Carter Lloyd. His paternal grandparents were Francis Browning and Rachel Merritt; his maternal grandparents were William Lloyd and Mary Ann Crowley. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Frank, Nicholas, John, Edmond, Caleb, Joshua, Mary, Ruth and Amanda. He died at the age of 49 in 1785 in Culpeper, Virginia.2 -
