Pedro III of was born in 1236 in Aragon, Spain. Pedro III of's mother was VIOLANTE OF HUNGARY. His maternal grandparents were ANDREW II OF HUNGARY and YOLANDE DE COURTENAY. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Jaime II of, Fernando of, Sancho of, Sancho of, ISABELLA OF, Violante of, Constança of, Maria of and Leonor of. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 49 on November 11th, 1285 in Barcelona, Spain.General Notes
