JOSEPH was born in 1769 and his baptism took place on May 1st, 1768 in Whitkirk, Yorkshire, England.  JOSEPH's father was THOMAS ROLLINSON and his mother was MARY. He had four brothers and two sisters, named JOHN, THOMAS, GEORGE, WILLIAM, SALLY and MARY.  He died at the age of 74 in 1843.  His burial was on February 15th, 1843 in Whitkirk, St Mary.1
