Ann's baptism took place on December 20th, 1726 in North Bradley.1  Ann's father was William Tad and her mother was Ann Whatly. She had two brothers and a sister, named William, William and Elizabeth. She had a half-sister named Katherine.  She died in 1740.  She was buried on June 13th, 1740 in North Bradley.2
