Richard was born on October 20th, 1704 in North Bradley.1  Richard's father was Joshua Parsons and his mother was Mary. He had a brother and seven sisters, named Joshua, Mary, Jane, Parsons, Elizabeth, Sarah, Parsons and Martha.  Richard and Elizabeth were twins.
