Phebe was born on November 30th, 1707 in North Bradley and her baptism took place there on November 30th, 1707.1  Phebe's father was George Kemp and her mother was Thomasin. She had a brother and three sisters, named William, Anne, Thomason and Phoebe.  She died at the age of 2 in 1709.  She was buried on April 9th, 1709 in North Bradley.2
