Benjamin's baptism took place on December 26th, 1745 in North Bradley.1  Benjamin's father was William Deacon and his mother was <Unknown>.  His paternal grandparents were William Deacon and Rebekah Deacon. He had five brothers and two sisters, named William, James, Absolom, David, Esau, Betty and Martha.
