Nicholas' father was Edward Milton and his mother was Ethel Rosier.  His maternal grandfather was John Rosier and his maternal grandmother is <Unknown>. He had two sisters named Margery and Doris.  He was the oldest of the three children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Charles, Irene and Sheila.
