Yusni B Yusoff's father is Yusoff B Abdullah and his mother is Sawiah Bt Hj Shafie.  His maternal grandfather was Hj Shafie B Che Din and his maternal grandmother is Esah Binti Taib. He has two brothers and a sister, named Zahari B Yusoff, Mohd Hafiz B Yusoff and Rosnani Bt Yusoff.
