Razimah Bt Hj Shafie's father was Hj Shafie B Che Din and her mother is Esah Binti Taib.  Her maternal grandfather was Taib Bin Ali and her maternal grandmother is Hjh Limah Binti Hj Ibrahim. She has three brothers and two sisters, named Hamzah Bin Hj Shafie, Sarinah Bt Hj Shafie, Sahimin Bin Hj Shafie, Sawiah Bt Hj Shafie and Maznah Bt Hj Shafie.
