Henri was born on November 6th, 1817 in Lummen.  Henri's father was Mathieu Windmolders and his mother was Marie Postelmans.  His paternal grandparents were Willem Windmolders and Marie Keteleers; his maternal grandparents were Mathieu Postelmans and Therese Daniels.  He had a brother and a sister, named Petrus Lambertus and Francisca.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 62 on October 2nd, 1880 in Lummen.
