Clare was born on December 22nd, 1786 in Lummen.  Clare's father was Henricus Tierelieren and her mother was Maria Elisabeth Theunis.  Her paternal grandparents were Joannes Tierelieren and Dymphna Carmans.  She had two brothers and a sister, named Joannes Mattheus, Paulus Jacobus and Theresia.  She died at the age of 64 on November 18th, 1851 in Lummen.1
