Joannes Ludovicus was born in 1746 and his baptism took place on May 25th, 1746 in Diest.1   Joannes Ludovicus' father was Petrus Colin and his mother was Anna Maria Timmermans.  His paternal grandparents were Joannes Colin and Magdalena Paels.  He had two sisters named Maria Elisabeth and Anne Elisabeth.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 13 in 1759.  The funeral took place on September 21st, 1759 in Diest.1
