Jan Van De Voort 
Jan was born in 1759. Jan's father was Peeter Van De Voort and his mother was Maria Hélena Lemmens. His maternal grandparents were Adrianus Lemmens and Elisabeth Gaethofs. He had three brothers named Hendrick, Anthoon and Christiaen. He was the second youngest of the four children.-
