William Scott Harp

William Scott was born in 1864. William Scott's father is George C. Harp and his mother was Charlotte Asbill. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Asbell and Mary Paulina or Polly Harp. He has two brothers and five sisters, named Levi, George, Mary, Elizabeth, Dora, Eva and Molly. He is the oldest of the eight children.
