William Bicknell

William was born in 1752 in Amherst, Amherst, VA, USA. William's father was William Bicknell and his mother was Rosanna Cash. His paternal grandparents were William Bicknell and Ann Challis; his maternal grandfather was Robert Howard Cash and his maternal grandmother is Ruth Elphingstone. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, John, Thomas, Micajah, Ruth, Anna and Mary Ann. He is the third oldest of the eight children.
