Ruth Bell Asbell

Ruth Bell was born in 1908. Ruth Bell's father was William Asbell and her mother was Mattie Pearl Flowers. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph William Asbell and Sarah Ann Garrett Hodges. She had four brothers and four sisters, named William McKinley, Charles Eugene, Offie or Auphy, Donno or Domas, Mattie Mae, Lucille H., Minnie Pearl and Mary. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 47 in 1955.
