John (Jack) Archer 
John, known as Jack, was born on December 17th, 1922 in Brookfield, Ambridge. Jack's father was Daniel (Dan) Archer and his mother was Doris Forrest. His paternal grandparents were John Archer and Phoebe; his maternal grandparents were William Forrest and Lisa. He had a brother and a sister, named Phil and Chris. He was the oldest of the three children. He died due to a medical problem, Liver failure due to alcoholism, at the age of 49 on January 12th, 1972 in Scotland.Death Notes
