Walter WIGNEY

Walter was born on June 29th, 1876 in Penola, SA.¹   Walter's father was William WIGNEY and his mother was Martha CLEE. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Arthur, Millicent, Alfred, Flora, Louisa, Laura and Helen.  He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.
