Edith Gertrude ROSEWARNE

Edith was born on March 29th, 1885 in Payneham, Adelaide, SA.¹   Edith's father was William ROSEWARNE and her mother was Adelaide Emily BOWELS.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry ROSEWARNE and Grace MITCHELL; her maternal grandparents were Edward BOWELS and Lavinia JURY. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Hubert, Edward, Clarence, Stella, Doreen and Elvera.  She was the third oldest of the seven children.
