Walter Bertram PLUMSTEAD

Walter was born on August 25th, 1884 in New Glenelg, SA.¹   Walter's father was Edwin Henry PLUMSTEAD and his mother was Susannah TRESCOWTHICK.  His paternal grandparents were Henry PLUMSTEAD and Ellen PLAYER; his maternal grandparents were James TRESCOWTHICK and Ellen PARKYN. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Harold, Clarence, Olive and Doris.  He was the third oldest of the five known children.
