Charles Edward PLANE 
Charles was born on December 24th, 1890 in Echunga, SA.1 Charles' father was Edward George PLANE and his mother was Anne BURTON. His paternal grandparents were Thomas PLANE and Jane HAINES; his maternal grandparents were James BURTON and Mary HOUGH. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Robert, Lloyd, Leslie, Marian, Florence and Rubina. He was the oldest of the seven children.
