Jessie was born on April 21st, 1902 in Willunga, SA.1 Jessie's father was Henry Alfred HIGGINS and her mother was Mary Elizabeth VIPOND. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Adolphus HIGGINS and Jessie Maria CHARLTON; her maternal grandparents were John VIPOND and Mary Elizabeth SAVAGE. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Charles, Bill, Alfred, Razz, Ethelwyne, Elsie, Stella and <Unknown>. She died in an accident or as a result of an injury, motor vehicle accident, at the age of 75 in 1977. She was buried on December 5th, 1977 in Kingston SE, SA.2 2 Death Notes
