Herbert Jesse GOSLING

Herbert was born on September 29th, 1897 in Prospect, Adelaide, SA.¹   Herbert's father was Albert Francis GOSLING and his mother was Sophia Coles PALMER.  His paternal grandparents were William Oliver GOSLING and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were George PALMER and Mary Jane WILSON. He had four brothers named William, Francis, Claud and Harold.  He was the youngest of the five children.
