Martha Widdows

Martha was born in 1829 in Manchester, Lancashire, England.¹ Martha's father was Thomas Widdows and her mother was Mary Ann Storey. Her paternal grandfather was James Widdows and her paternal grandmother is Mary Waddington. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named George, John, Sarah, Mary, Mary Ann, Elizabeth, Sarah, Ann and Esther.
