Male James Reeder

James was born on July 15th, 1860 in 22 Fylde Road, Friargate, Preston, Lancashire, England.1   James' father was Thomas Reeder and his mother was Jane Walmsley.  His paternal grandfather was Thomas Reeder and his paternal grandmother is Mary Heaton; his maternal grandparents were James Walmsley and Mary Cleaver. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Robert, John, William, Townsan, Mary Jane and Isabella.  He was the third oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 90 on March 28th, 1951 in 185 Tulketh Brow, Preston, Lancashire, England.  His burial was in April 1951 in New Hall Lane, Preston, Lancashire, England.2 3 

James' family with Susannah Birch

James and Susannah were married in a religious ceremony on December 24th, 1883 in Brook Street, Preston, Lancashire, England.4   They had seven sons and two daughters, named Thomas, Edward, John, Albert Edward, Robert Heaton, Harry, Harold James, Ann and Beatrice.
