Male Henry Illsley

Henry was born on September 30th, 1785 in Church Gresley, Derbyshire, England.1   Henry's father was Henry Illsley and his mother was Elizabeth Bath.  His maternal grandparents were William Bath and Jane Aney \ Adey. He had six brothers and a sister, named George, William, Gilbert, Robert, John, Robert and Elizabeth.  He was the third oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 80 in 1865 in Swadlincote, Burton on Trent, Derbyshire/Staffordshire, England.1 

Henry's first family with Elizabeth Evans

Henry and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony in 1806.  They had four sons and three daughters, named Henry, William, Gilbert, Francis, Mary, Elizabeth and Robert.


Henry's second family with Hannah Redfern

Henry and Hannah were married in a religious ceremony on September 16th, 1822 in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire/Derbyshire, England.4   They had three sons and four daughters, named John, George, Joseph, Sarah, Jane, Ann and Rachel.
