Eleanor Cookson

Eleanor was born in March 1871 in Preston, Lancashire, England.¹ Eleanor's father is Thomas Cookson and her mother is Ellen Walmsley. Her maternal grandparents were Joseph Walmsley and Ann. She has three brothers and a sister, named William, Richard, Arthur and Ann. She is the second oldest of the five children.
