Francis Herbert Jones

Francis was born on May 7th, 1883 in Eastwood, South Australia.¹ Francis' father was John Richard Jones and his mother was Elizabeth Anne Lemon. His maternal grandparents were Thomas Lemon and Mary Sumner. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Harold, Victor, Stanley, Archibald, Hubert, Winifred and Rosalie. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 77 on December 30th, 1960 in Bairnsdale, Victoria. His burial was in Springvale crematorium, Victoria.¹¹
