Elizabeth's father was Walter Lundie and her mother was Elizabeth Paterson.  Her paternal grandparents were Sir Thomas Lundie and Isobel Watt; her maternal grandparents were William Paterson and Unknown.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 71 on January 12th, 1844 in Newhaven, Midlothian, Scotland.
