Samuel Falconer (of Kincorth) 
Samuel was born about 1560. Samuel's father was Sir Alexander Falconer (of Halkertoun) and his mother was Lady Elizabeth Douglas. His paternal grandparents were Sir David Falconer (of Halkerton and Lethen) and Lady Mariot Dunbar; his maternal grandparents were Sir Archibald Douglas (6th Earl of Angus) and Margaret DouglasIrvine(Maxwell). He had five brothers and four sisters, named Alexander, Hew, Archibald, William, Magdalen , Margaret, Agnes, Christian and Isobel . He died on April 15th, 1640.-
