Agnes Alexander 
Agnes was born in 1832 in Newlands, Peebles,Scotland. Agnes' father was James Alexander and her mother was Janet Nivison. Her paternal grandparents were James Alexander and Mary Johnston; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Nivison and Christina Scott. She had three brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Alexander, John and Jane. She died at the age of 55 on June 16th, 1887 in St George, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.-
