William was born on April 6th, 1915 in Cottonwood Falls, Chase, KS USA.1  William's father was William Henry Monroe and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Petitt (Monroe). He had four sisters named Mayble, Anna, Ethel and Flora.  He died at the age of 81 in December 1996 in Tucson, Arizona, USA.1 

William's family

William and Anne were married in a religious & civil ceremony.  They had six children of unknown gender named Living, Living, Living, Living, Living and Living.  The family line is yet to be completed.
