Herman was born in Germany.1  Herman's father was ? Junghen and his mother was ? ? (Junghen). He had two brothers named Henry and John.  He died on February 28th, 1788 in Nockamixon Township, Bucks county, Pennsylvania, USA.  He was buried in Nockamixon, Lutheran Church, Bucks county, Pennsylvania, USA.1 

Herman's first family

Herman and Magdalena were married in a religious & civil ceremony about 1742.1   They had five sons and two daughters, named John, Abraham, Daniel, George, Herman, Magdalena and Maria.  The family line is yet to be completed.

Herman and Eva were married in a religious & civil ceremony.1  They had a son, and also a child of unknown gender named Killian and Youngken.
