Nechemia was born in 1878 in Drohobycz.  Nechemia's father is Yosef Meir and his mother is Zisel Meir. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Avraham, Yosef, Tova, Bracha and Sheindel Hanna .  He died in the Holocaust at the age of 65 in 1943.
