Иулиания was born on June 28th, 1904 and her baptism took place on June 29th, 1904 in Иоанно-Богословская церковь, с.Новоивановка.  Иулиания's father is Георгий Семенович Говтвян and her mother is Агафия Алексеевна.  Her paternal grandparents are Семен Михайлович Готьвян and Екатерина Прокопьевна (Прокофьевна). She had a brother named Павел.  She was the younger of the two children.  Иулиания is no longer alive.
