Antonia was born in 1907 in Manhattan New York.  Antonia's father was Louis Castoral and her mother was Bertha Oleha (Castoral).  Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Castoral and Marie Jirinec (Castoral). She had five sisters named Bertha, Helen, Emily, Louise and Rose.  She was the second oldest of the six children.
