William Cole

William was born about 1738 in Chester, Chester County, Pennsylvania. William's father was Stephen Cole Jr and his mother was Martha Hunter. His paternal grandparents were Stephen Cole Sr and Elizabeth Temple. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John, James, Stephen, Mark, Elizabeth and Elizabeth. He was the sixth oldest of the seven children. He died in Rowan, North Carolina.
