Ανδρέας was born in 1939.  Ανδρέας's father is Χαράλαμπος Ανδρέα Κουτσικαρέλης and his mother is Μαρία Βασιλείου Λαμπροπούλου .  His maternal grandparents are Βασίλειος Δημητρίου Λαμπρόπουλος and Κωστάντω Σπύρου Καλλιώρα. He had three sisters named Δάφνη, Κωνσταντία and Νίκη.  He was the second youngest of the four children.  He died at the age of 67 in 2006.
