He was the son of John Radcliffe, 9th Lord FitzWalter and Margaret (?).
He married, firstly, Lady Elizabeth Stafford, daughter of Henry Stafford, 2nd Duke of Buckingham and Katherine Woodville, after 23 July 1505.
He married, secondly, Lady Margaret Stanley, daughter of Thomas Stanley, 2nd Earl of Derby and Anne Hastings, between 11 May 1532 and 1 September 1532.
He married, thirdly, Mary Arundell, daughter of Sir John Arundell and Katharine Grenville, on 14 January 1536/37.5
He married Lady Elizabeth Stafford, daughter of Henry Stafford, 2nd Duke of Buckingham and Katherine Woodville
He died on 27 November 1542.
He was also known as Robert Radclyffe.
He was also known as Robert Ratcliffe.
He succeeded to the title of 10th Lord FitzWalter [E., 1295] on 3 November 1505, after his father's attainder was reversed.
He was invested as a Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.) in 1509.
