Henry Earl Of was born about 1114 in Kelso, Roxburghshire, Scotland.1   Henry Earl Of's father was David I "Dabíd Mac Maíl Choluim" Canmore and his mother was + Matilda Queen of Scotland Huntingdon.  His paternal grandparents were Malcolm Iii King of Scotland and Margaret 'Saint' of Hungary; his maternal grandparents were Waltheof Ii Earl of Huntingdon Northumberland and Judith of Lens De Boulogne. He had three half-brothers named Simon De, Simon De St and Saher.  He died on June 12th, 1152 in Kelso, Roxburghshire, , Scotland.2
