William Frederick Graf
William Frederick was born on November 11th, 1878 in Indiana. William Frederick's father was August Graf and his mother was Amelia (Amilie) Krause. His paternal grandparents were John Graf and Wilhelmina Anastasia "Minnie" Konrad; his maternal grandparents are Frederick Krause and Caroline (Unknown). He had two brothers and three sisters, named Charles Herman, John, Emma, Ida Amelia and Minnie C.. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 60 on August 3rd, 1939 in Chillicothe, Ohio, Ross County.General Notes
William Federick Graf became an employee of the Baltimore & Ohio RR, starting as a fireman and working up to Divisional Road Foreman of Engines, a position he held until his death in 1939. He was a prominent citizen of Chillicothe, Ohio and was elected to the City council. He was a member of a Masonic Order and the Elks Club.
