Countess Adelheid of Sayn

Adelheid was born about 1180 in Sayn, Rheinland, Prussia.¹ Adelheid's father was Count Heinrich of Sayn II and her mother was Agnes von Saffenberg. Her paternal grandparents were Count Eberhard of Sayn I and <Unknown>. She had a sister named Agnes. She was the older of the two children. She died in December 1263.¹
