Duke of Lower Lorraine Godfrey (The Bearded) of Brabrant (Godfrey (A La Barbie) Louvain) 
Godfrey, known as The Bearded, was born in 1074 in Lorraine Infeerie, Belgium.1 The Bearded's father was Count Henry de Louvain II and his mother was Countess Adelaide von Betuwe. His paternal grandparents were Count Lambert de Louvain II and Ode de Verdun; his maternal grandparents were Count Eberhard of Betuwe and <Unknown>. He had two sisters named Ida and Adeliza. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 65 on January 25th, 1139 in Jerusalem, Israel. He was buried in Affligham, Flanders, France.2 1 Death Notes
