Aenor was born about 1084 in Barnstable, Devonshire, England.1   Aenor's father was Lord Barnstable Juhel de Totnes and her mother was Adele de Picquigny.  Her paternal grandparents were Alured de Totnes and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Comte Guermond de Picquigny and Adele.  She was an only child.
