Hauvide de Rumigny

Hauvide was born in 1119 in Rumigny, Champagne-Ardenne, France.¹ Hauvide's father was Seigneur Nicolas de Rumigny II and her mother was Alix de Hainault. Her maternal grandparents were Comte Baldwin de Flandres II and Ida de Louvain. She had a brother and two sisters, named Nicholas, Beatrix and Mahaut. She was the second oldest of the four children.
